While continuing to pursue SBIR/STTR grants and angel investors to support its R&D activities, TGN is seeking strategic partners and/or investors to further its development work and position for subsequent rounds of financing. It also needs to raise $3 million over the next two years to support pilot production and distribution of rapid diagnostic kits for HIV. Potential revenue streams could be licensing agreements and/or joint development with suitable strategic partners.
