Strategic Outlook
 |
TGN’s business strategy involves both short- and long-term objectives that will generate revenue in the present and facilitate future R & D. TGN continues to generate revenue from the sales of custom nanoparticles and Nanogene™ reagents and Federal and State grant-funding mechanisms for small businesses to support R & D. Within the next 1-2 years, TGN plans to develop and market diagnostic reagents/kits for the detection of viral infections, including AIDS, and the early detection of cancers. It is seeking investors and/or strategic partners to advance product development, including the introduction of several diagnostic tool kits to the market in 2008 and beyond.

TGN has acquired licenses for several patents from the University of South Florida in the fields of asthma, respiratory viral infections and cancer. It continues to conduct preclinical studies to validate the targets and technologies. TGN is seeking large pharma or equivalent strategic partners to advance its therapeutic pipeline for commercialization.
